A long-established and trusted name in the UK electrical wholesale sector, Park Electrical was looking to take their customer engagement to the next level. With 11 branches nationwide, they wanted to create a consistent and energised in-branch experience that not only rewarded existing customers but also encouraged increased basket spend.
Objective
Park Electrical approached Loyalty Works with the goal of delivering a promotion that would:
- Increase branch footfall
- Encourage spend
- Provide every customer with a positive, prize-winning interaction
- Solution to be straightforward for staff to administer, engaging for customers, and scalable across multiple branches.
To achieve this, they were seeking a mechanic that was simple for staff to activate, scalable across all locations, and impactful enough to cut through the day-to-day nature of trade purchasing. The solution needed to be both practical and engaging, reinforcing Park Electrical’s reputation for service and innovation while delivering measurable results across the branch network.

We created a bespoke scratch card incentive campaign, where customers spending £75 or more in-branch received an instant-win scratch card over the counter. With thousands of prizes available and a guarantee that every card was a winner, the mechanic ensured consistent excitement and value for customers.

The Results
