Objective
Design and deliver a loyalty and engagement programme that would:
- Recognise and reward trusted installers
- Encourage ongoing product advocacy, quality installation and better support for
end users - Facilitate continuous learning and professional development
- Increase communication gaps touchpoints between brand and installers
Our Role
Our team of experts meticulously designed, built, and now manage the Dimplex Pro Installer Club - a points-based loyalty platform that rewards installers for continued business and offers access to tools and training that support their professional growth.
