Galaxy Insulation is a leading UK distributor of insulation and dry lining products, supplying contractors, builders, and construction professionals nationwide. Serving a competitive and price-sensitive industry, Galaxy places strong emphasis on building lasting relationships with its trade customers. Now in its fourth year, Galaxy Rewards Club continues to drive growth, loyalty, and engagement amongst key customers. The programme is designed to incentivise increased spend, reward loyalty, and deliver measurable value back to the business.
Objective
Galaxy Rewards Club was created to encourage customers to increase their monthly spendin-branch while providing aspirational rewards to recognise their commitment. Year 4 focused on building on the success of previous years by delivering both growth in customer spend and meaningful reward experiences.
Our Role
Loyalty Works manages the end-to-end Galaxy Rewards Club, from scheme design and data tracking to reward fulfilment. With tailored communications and a robust reward structure, the programme was positioned to inspire customers to grow their spend consistently across the year.
Galaxy Rewards Club is built around a target-based reward mechanic. Each participating customer is set an individual spend target, based on their historic purchasing patterns and growth potential. When they achieve or exceed that target within a defined period, they unlock tailored .
This structure ensures the programme drives incremental spend by motivating customers to stretch beyond their usual purchasing behaviour, while keeping targets realistic and achievable. Rewards are carefully chosen to feel aspirational and relevant, strengthening the sense of recognition and loyalty.
