Through their portfolio of over 20 leading brands such as Goldwell, Laurier, Merries and Molton Brown, Kao is part of the everyday lives of people across the globe.
Kao approached Loyalty Works to assist with brand recognition and sales conversion of their Goldwell products across their salon partner network.
After analysing lots of data and information from the client, our expert team came to the conclusion that a tiered loyalty scheme would suit their objectives best. A tiered loyalty scheme requires customers to meet a 'target' before they receive rewards. For example, with every £5,000 spent, the customer will receive a £250 reward and targets usually increase in increments. Customers are allocated into 'groups' by the client and this group will reflect the clients spend. Loyalty Works made sure to work very closely with Kao in order to successfully allocate customers to their associated group to enable success throughout.
