Loyalty Works jumped at the opportunity to work alongside a leading manufacturer in the construction industry.
Marshalls already had a reward scheme in place when we first spoke with them, however they were unhappy with the results. Loyalty Works having lots of experience within the construction industry, and our specialist team knew exactly how to turn their results around and enhance the scheme in order to drive more traffic towards their previously unsuccessful loyalty scheme.
We built a points-based loyalty scheme for them, which sees customers building up points by purchasing Marshalls products which customers can then exchange for a wide range of exciting rewards. Our in house design team built their new website called Marshalls Rewards where customers can login to track their sales, see their points balance and exchange their points to receive rewards.
After only four days of the new scheme going live, we saw 43% of the client’s customer database login to the new bespoke site. At Loyalty Works, we have a specific marketing strategy leading up the beginning of a scheme, to ensure that our client’s see greater engagement at not only the beginning, but throughout the entire scheme. E-shots were sent out on Marshalls’ behalf leading up to the start of their new scheme, informing their customers of the changes occurring. Our contacts from Marshalls were quick to show their appreciation of the new loyalty scheme as the new scheme saw almost an extra 100 contractors sign up to the scheme in less than a week.
