Superdry is a household name when it comes to UK fashion, boasting more than 500 stores worldwide. They recently tasked us with developing a short-term tactical campaign.

Our team of in-house experts worked closely with the client in order to provide a solution that would drive in-store sales whilst also increasing social media engagement...

We developed a claim form prize draw solution which saw customers either having to make an in-store purchase, participate in social media engagement or sign up to the client’s newsletter. This gave access to the chance of winning some huge prizes including meeting Neymar himself, tickets to a PSG football match and various items of signed memorabilia. The process was managed by the Loyalty Works team throughout.


The Results

Not only did the client’s Instagram post reach almost 1,000,000 engagements, the client also saw over 33,000 users visit the campaign site over the short period. Superdry were overjoyed with the results and the engagement received throughout the campaign, coupled with the specialist support from Loyalty Works.
