Wella were looking for a way to incentivise customer loyalty specifically through online engagement.
After consulting with the client on the specific aims and objectives of the project, our team worked hard to develope a short-term tactical campaign for the client. This came in the form of a digital game which gave the opportunity for customers to spin a wheel...
To be in with the chance of winning a prize following a qualifying purchase of a product via Wellastore. Not only was the client extremely happy with the solution as it increased their average order volume, but also with the amount of insight that we were able to provide throughout the short period.
In the following months, Wella approached Loyalty Works assist them in implementing a Christmas themed short-term tactical campaign during December. Our team of experts devised a digital advent calendar that ran between December 1st and December 12th that saw Wella customers open windows each day to discover if they had won a prize. To participate in this campaign, customers had to make a purchase with a minimum order value whilst also opting in to the client’s ongoing marketing communications.
