They approached us with the desire of rewarding and retaining their most valuable customers, as a way to solidify their UK business for years to come.
After careful consideration and teamwork from both parties, it was clear that a claim form prize draw solution would provide them with the engagement that they needed.
This type of scheme sees customers exchanging proof of purchase of West Fraser products for the chance to win fantastic prizes. Loyalty Works worked collaboratively with West Fraser in order to create and deliver various marketing content to their customers leading up to the start of the scheme. West Fraser have always shown appreciation for our work, and we also happy to display our name on their stands at various live events.
As part of our ongoing work with West Fraser, our team are always looking for ways to enhance their customer engagement. During the Christmas period, our design experts deployed a 24 Days of Christmas campaign, creating a digital advent calendar containing a game and prize for each day of December in the lead up to Christmas. During the month, lots of traffic was driven towards their rewards site, which is developed and managed by the Loyalty Works team.
